This is so sad, I am crying for these women as you read about their heartaches, if these journals were read in today”s Relief Society tears would flow. Polygamy did absolutely nothing but damage. I will never believe it was of God…where’s the joy? Plural marriage was a horrible sentence and if this is all I have to look forward to in the eternities….I do not want to go. This is in no way a reward.
