These two episodes are some of the best of Mormon studies. I learned a great deal and the importance of discussing these issues cannot be overstated. Thank you all for treating this important subject

I just listened to episodes 163 and 164. Thank you for doing all of this research and sharing your knowledge and insights. I found it very interesting especially to learn about the history of women’s healthcare. I have to admit that I was surprised by the lack of knowledge of how our bodies work and about sexuality that the facilitator had while growing up. From the examples given I guess this was more common than I realized. It definitely is not a reflection of Utah as a whole though. I grew up in Salt Lake and was taught about male and female bodies and sex by my mother when I was 10 years old. She taught me about morality in a healthy way. My school had classes on maturation in 5th and 6th grade. I’m in my 50s so these teachings have been happening for a long time in, at least, some parts of Utah. I pray that your podcast will help many others to be open about their bodies and sexuality. I hope that people will teach their kids about sexuality in a more healthy way. To me knowledge helps to bring safety. Thank you for this enlightening conversation. I look forward to hearing more.
